Most of our coins are die-struck in solid brass, and our engravers will create dies that will show the finest details utilizing the best techniques to get the maximum relief/detail and depth on your coins.
What sizes of Challenge Coins do you make?
Sizes range from 1.5” all the way to 3” (and yes we can even make larger sizes as well).
Are your coins Die Struck or Die Cast?
Most of our coins are die-struck in solid brass, and our engravers will create dies that will show the finest details utilizing the best techniques to get the maximum relief/detail on your coins. In Some cases, we make coins that are die cast depending on the design and what they are being used for.
What kind of shapes or styles are your Challenge Coins?
We make a lot of challenge coins, and there are countless options available – from your standard round coin, cut-outs, irregularly shaped coins, spinners, military coins, badges, bottle openers, and custom-made challenge coins too. We can make almost anything you desire!
What are soft enamel and hard enamel coins?
Challenge coins come in a variety of manufacturing processes and styles to achieve diverse design aesthetics. Soft enamel coins have a textured surface, with the enamel fill recessed below the metal ridges. In contrast, hard enamel coins have a smooth, polished appearance, as the overfilled enamel is sanded flush with the metal. We will take your ideas and choose the best and most cost effective options for your specific project!
What is the minimum quantity I can order?
We don’t have minimums on coins but usually 100 is the smallest number that makes financial sense, but we will run any number you want…and after the dies are finished you can re-order as few as 25 pieces… No one else offers that!
What are your set up fees?
We have NO Set Up Charges – NO Die Fees and offer Free Design and Artwork with UNLIMITED revisions!
Who owns the artwork?
You own the artwork when we are done at NO added cost. Who else offers that! Some companies charge up to $1,000!
What is the average cost of Challenge Coins?
The cost of challenge coins can vary significantly, typically ranging from $5.00 to $6.00 per coin for a full production run of 100 coins. However, the exact pricing depends on a variety of factors, including the size, quantity, and coloration of the coins. If you would like a quote, please send us an email and we will find out your details and get a quote for you. Just remember, it’s crucial to compare apples to apples. Many companies will advertise low prices, and they add art fees, die fees, setup fees, additional colors cost, as well as multiple up charges per coin. It’s important to remember that the material, finishes, enamel, engraving and colors are all important details. We have never charged for artwork, setup & die fees (which are guaranteed for life)! When you compare all of the “extras” from other companies, it’s easy to see – Our Value, and Service is second to None! 25 years and going strong!
