Colorado Springs K9 Roam stuffed animals
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – Colorado Springs K9 Officer Roam stuffed animals will be available, just in time for the holidays!
On Oct. 15, the Colorado Springs Police Department said Roam was stabbed multiple times in his head and abdomen while trying to help officers take a barricaded suspect into custody.
The toys are being sold by the Police Foundation of Colorado Springs.
The toy resembles K9 Roam and is wearing a vest that says “ROAM.”
The Police Foundation said the stuffed animals will be available on Saturday at Santa Paws and online on Monday.
They will cost $20, plus $7 for shipping.
The money will reportedly go towards helping all of the K9 Units, as well as the police foundation. The proceeds will be split 50/50.
