Sizes range from 1.5” all the way to 3” (and yes we can even make larger sizes as well).

We make a lot of challenge coins, and there are countless options available – from your standard round coin, cut-outs, irregularly shaped coins, spinners, military coins, badges, bottle openers, and custom-made challenge coins too. We can make almost anything you desire!

Challenge coins come in a variety of manufacturing processes and styles to achieve diverse design aesthetics. Soft enamel coins have a textured surface, with the enamel fill recessed below the metal ridges. In contrast, hard enamel coins have a smooth, polished appearance, as the overfilled enamel is sanded flush with the metal. We will take your ideas and choose the best and most cost effective options for your specific project!

We don’t have minimums on coins but usually 100 is the smallest number that makes financial sense, but we will run any number you want…and after the dies are finished you can re-order as few as 25 pieces… No one else offers that!

Many companies will advertise low prices, and they add art fees, die fees, setup fees, additional colors cost, as well as multiple up charges per coin. It’s important to remember that the material, finishes, enamel, engraving and colors are all important details. We have never charged for artwork, setup & die fees (which are guaranteed for life)!
