Before coming to Hero Industries in 2016, I was a Pre-K Teacher for a private school and worked as an ESL teacher for the ASD, I also worked for a motorhome company in their HR Dept. When I first started at Hero I had never heard of Challenge Coins or paid much attention to the different divisions of FBI, USBP or the difference between Police and Sheriff. It has been an amazing learning experience and through this learning I have met so many cool K9 Handlers, Police Officers, Sheriff Officers and my favorite the cutest, sorry toughest K9’s out there. My job isn’t always the most exciting since I handle shipping, customer service and some quality control but I do love what I do because it changes from day to day and I am not tied to my desk or computer. I get to interact with our fantastic assemblers and clients with questions or concerns. Just within the 3 years I have been with Hero I have seen so many changes and growth within our company. I can’t wait to see what the future brings for us. I’m lucky I get to work with some great people and amazing products. I look forward to seeing what you as our client come up with for us to create.

When people ask what I used to do, I like to tell them that I am a retired aerospace engineer. I did work for Northrop Grumman as a Manufacturing Engineer Planner for 15 years on the B2 Bomber program. I worked directly with the mechanics and had the hands-on involvement of building and repairing the substructure and outer edges of the aircraft. I made the difficult decision to voluntarily “retire” in 2000 when the plant was being closed and I was going to be transferred to another plant further away. Since that time, I became a “home engineer” taking on a more challenging and rewarding job of running my household and raising my son and daughter.

I joined HERO Industries in October 2017 as just something to do. It has turned into something I enjoy doing and feel I’m a part of. The job has allowed me to work independently with the ability to self-manage my work and in a short period of time, I’ve seen the company progressively grow. I appreciate that I have been given opportunities to expand my responsibilities within the company and have been able to enjoy the creative side of it. I look forward to and am excited to see and be a part of HERO’s potential for endless growth and possibilities.

Prior to starting with Hero Industries, I managed a bank, recruited high level executives, helped a multi-location fitness boot camp stay organized and managed the freight flow for a well-known retail establishment. In 2011, when I came aboard, I didn’t know how fulfilling playing with stuffed dogs and designing coins would be! It has been so exciting to have a hand in the expansion of Hero Industries. To date, I have had dealings with a large majority of our clients in one way or another. I look forward to many more years with Hero Industries and seeing where our journey takes us!

I have been working for Hero Industries for a couple of years now and can truly say it’s the perfect job for me. l am grateful for this opportunity to work with an amazing group of ladies, and I believe that all of us together make a great team. I really enjoy working for Hero Industries and feel privileged to be a part of this great company.

Before starting at hero industries, I worked as a barista at Starbucks for a year and before that worked in retail for about 3 years. I’ve always had the will to want to work, and spoil myself when I can. Sometimes too often.

As people at the office know, I am obsessed with shoes, which is where most of my paychecks go. I look forward to seeing how much I grow being apart of this company, and hope to be here for years to come and see my advancements!

After graduating with a Bachelors of Arts Liberal Studies from Biola University I started teaching. When I became a mom, I was lucky and blessed to be a full time mom with the support of my husband. Once my kids got a little older I had the opportunity to work alongside my husband for a Painting company throughout the last 10 years, helping with accounts payable and receivables. I also studied blueprints to estimate labor and material costs for upcoming projects.

My kids are now teenagers and I have been ready to start something consistent that works with my schedule. Thanks to my best friend, who also works for Hero Industries, brought me in and I became part of the team.

Hero Industries has been a great place for me, I enjoy working here and have an amazing group of coworkers. I am also very proud to work with such high quality products offered to our clients. I am thankful to be a part of the team and excited to see what the future holds here at Hero Industries.

Hi there, I’m Jenn. Before coming to hero industries I was blessed to be a stay-at-home mom to raise my two children. I knew I always wanted to get back into the work force, and with my kids being older, I knew it was a good time.

When my friend told me about hero industries, I knew it sounded like the perfect place and job for me. I love the people I work with and the job I get to do everyday. Helping to provide recognition for our first responders is exactly what I want to do.

I love sports (Go Packers!), spending time with my family and spoiling my dog rotten!

You’re in great company – Here are just a few of our clients!
